All evaluation tracks are structured across clear operational pathways from rapid surface scans to multi-year institutional mandates.
I. INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION & DIAGNOSTICS
Objective, external evaluations to verify public narrative consistency and protect institutional funding.
1. Narrative Alignment Scan (NAS)
Scope: Rapid, expert surface-level review of active public-facing digital and print assets, social media platforms, and website footprints.
Purpose: Identifies immediate visual risks and paternalistic tropes.

2. Internal Alignment Diagnostic (IAD)
Scope: Confidential pre-emptive integrity check evaluating hidden communication gaps across your public surface before they impact donor relations.
Purpose: Private status assessment prior to launching major campaigns or funding rounds.
Engagement: Confidential internal assessment.
3. Narrative Alignment Deep Dive (NADD)
Scope: Mid-tier targeted surface evaluation focusing on high-risk indicator points (visual dignity, consent protocols, fundraising language).
Deliverable: Implementation guidance to bridge communication gaps plus an Interim Alignment Letter (valid for 12 months) proving active progress to donors.
Engagement: Targeted diagnostic. (Eligible for alumni preferred rates when transitioning to the full review within 12 months).
4. Comprehensive Initial Review (Donor Trust Shield)
Scope: Full 360° qualitative surface evaluation across all 100 points of the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI). Evaluates public communications, institutional storytelling, and field-level representation.
Deliverable: Comprehensive internal risk report, gap analysis, and the formal issuance of the Document of Alignment & Seal of Integrity.
Timeline: Delivered within 14 business days (after 90-day comprehensive evaluation window).
Engagement: Full surface evaluation.
II. PHILANTHROPIC & PORTFOLIO DUE DILIGENCE
Structured risk insurance and portfolio protection for foundations, multi-donor trusts, and institutional funders.
1. Partner Alignment Assessment (PAA)
Scope: Rapid external review of potential NGO grant recipients before funding is finalised.
Purpose: Ensures prospective partners meet visual dignity standards and exhibit narrative consistency.
Engagement: Pre-funding due diligence.
2. Comprehensive Portfolio Evaluation (CPE)
Scope: Full-scale structural deployment of the evaluation framework across a core grantee track, delivering a 360° qualitative analysis directly to foundation board members.

Continuous digital and narrative portfolio vetting structured as an annual risk-insurance retainer with dedicated analyst teams.
