The Fidel Strub Forum operates an independent evaluation model designed to build lasting narrative sovereignty, protect donor trust, and ensure field-level representation reflects real human dignity.
The name of each service tells you its depth. The smaller services give you knowledge; the proof documents (the Seal and the Memorandum) come only with the full SAI 100. We evaluate only what is publicly visible.
One clarification, because it matters: this is not a financial audit. Fiduciary seals certify your finances. The SAI is an ethics and dignity evaluation of your public surface, based exclusively on public evidence, dated and URL-anchored. No internal documents, no overlap, no competition with your existing certifications.
And the method respects your organisation: no interviews, no internal documents, no disruption. We evaluate what the world already sees. Some raters publish scores about organisations that never asked to be rated. We never do.
This is not a nice-to-have. Every scandal that has destroyed an aid organisation in the public eye was a surface scandal: an image, a story, a promise that collapsed under scrutiny. No financial seal in the world protects you from that. The other seals protect you from the auditor. This one protects you from the headline.
Every seal answers a question. Financial seals ask whether the money flows correctly. Operational audits ask whether aid works on the ground. Public data raters, such as Charity Navigator, ask what the published numbers say about you. Each of them matters. None of them asks the question the SAI was built for: does your public face, your narrative, your images, your promises, do justice to the people you speak about?
HOW THE SAI COMPLETES THE CERTIFICATION LANDSCAPE
You cannot fix what you have not measured. Exposure is invisible from the inside. The organisation that learns its score from us can act. The one that learns it from a headline can only react.
Funders are formalising ethics due diligence. Grant decisions increasingly include narrative and representation checks. Arriving pre-verified is still an advantage today. Soon it will simply be expected.
Expectations have moved. What read as normal fundraising imagery ten years ago reads as exploitation today. Communities have voices now, and consent standards tighten every year. Standards that were accepted in 2015 are being re-judged by 2026 expectations
Financial seals cannot catch a narrative crisis. Every major aid scandal of the past decade passed its financial audits before it broke. The books were fine. The surface was not.
The evaluation is already happening. Donors, journalists, foundations, and increasingly automated screening tools read your public surface before any first contact. A verdict is forming with or without you. The only choice you have is whether you see it first.
OUR CLIENT PROTECTION CHARTER
We know what an evaluation can sound like from the outside: someone watching you, grading you, maybe publishing what they find. So here is our promise, in writing, before you ever speak to us:
Every evaluation is confidential. The report belongs to you, forever.
We never publish scores, findings, or the names of evaluated organisations. No leaderboards, no rankings, no worst-of lists. Ever.
Our public registry shows only what a client has earned and holds: a Seal or a Memorandum. A low score never appears anywhere. The worst thing that happens after a difficult result is: nothing. Silence. The report is yours.
We never compare clients with each other, and we never name one organisation to another.
You decide what becomes public. If you earn a Seal and want to share it, we prepare a one-page public summary; you release it on your channels, never ours.
We are not a watchdog. A watchdog publishes. We work more like a physician: the diagnosis is confidential, and the patient decides what becomes public.

SEE WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Before you commission anything, you can look at the deliverables. Both documents below use a fictional organisation; they show the structure, the depth and the tone of the real work products.
I. FOR ORGANISATIONS
SAI 20: PUBLIC SURFACE MEMO CHF (INTRODUCTORY OFFER) – 1'950 CHF – Delivery: 15 days
We look at what donors, journalists, and critics can already see: your website and your active media. We fully check one category, the 20 checkpoints where your risk is most visible. You receive a confidential memo that lists your most visible risks, mapped to the full SAI 100. This is a diagnosis, not a verification: no seal, no memorandum.
If you book the SAI 100 within 12 months, the full fee counts toward it.
SAI 60, TARGETED EVALUATION. Price on request – Delivery: 30 days
A focused evaluation of the three highest-risk categories: visual dignity, consent, and fundraising language. 60 checkpoints, each finding backed by evidence. This gives you knowledge, not proof: it is not a verification and does not lead to the Seal or the Memorandum. You fix the findings with advisors of your own choice.
SAI 100, FULL EVALUATION.
Price on request · Delivery: about 100 days (90 days of evaluation plus up to 10 days for the report)
The complete check of your public surface: all 100 checkpoints in five categories. You receive the full audit report, with evidence for every single checkpoint, plus a short executive summary for your board.
What you receive, by result:
Score 75 to 100, VERIFIED: the SAI 100 Verified Seal. Valid 12 months, with your unique verification ID. Anyone can confirm it is genuine by writing to compliance@aletheiatutela.com. You may show it on your website and in donor communications.
Score 60 to 74, PROGRESSING: the full report with a recommended action for every failed checkpoint, and a clear re-check path. Every fix you publish converts its findings.
Below 60, HIGH EXPOSURE: the full report with recommended actions and the same re-check path.
Any score, if you are actively fixing the findings: the Interim Alignment Memorandum, a formal letter that proves your engagement, valid 12 months. You can share it with funders, ministries, and boards. The Memorandum proves the process; the Seal proves the result.
SAI 100, RE-VERIFICATION (SEAL RENEWAL). Price on request · Delivery: 30 days
Only for past clients. We check your corrective steps and your long-term consistency, and deliver an updated briefing for your board. If you still reach 75 points, the Seal is renewed for another 12 months
II. FOR FOUNDATIONS & FUNDERS
GRANTEE VETTING ASSESSMENT – Price on request – Delivery: 30 days
Safety before you release funding. We run an independent public-surface check of a prospective or current grantee and send you a confidential summary. The grantee does not pay for it, sponsor it, or take part in it.
ALETHEIA PATRONUS, SOVEREIGN PORTFOLIO MANDATE (yearly retainer)
Continuous, independent vetting of your whole portfolio, with priority re-checks and board-level reporting.
Tier I (Focused): up to 5 grantees at the same time. Price on request.

THE SOLIDARITY SEAT
Every T4 mandate funds one full SAI 100 evaluation for a small organisation that could not otherwise afford it. No surcharge, no strings, no sponsor logo.
Who qualifies:
Organisations with a published annual income under CHF 500'000 (Tier 1). One seat per organisation. Recipient and funder must be independent of each other.
How to join the waiting list:
One email to inquiries@aletheiatutela.com, subject "Solidarity Seat", with your organisation's name, country and a link to your most recent annual report. No forms, no fees, no paperwork.
How selection works:
When a seat is funded, ALETHEIA TUTELA selects the recipient from the waiting list. The funding client does not choose, contact or influence the recipient. The list is open to join; who is on it is never published.
