I. INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION & DIAGNOSTICS

1. Narrative Alignment Scan (NAS)

3. Narrative Alignment Deep Dive (NADD)
Scope: Mid-tier targeted surface evaluation focusing on 40–50 high-risk indicator points (visual dignity, consent protocols, fundraising language).
Deliverable: Implementation guidance to bridge communication gaps plus an Interim Alignment Letter (valid for 12 months) proving active progress to donors.
Engagement: Targeted diagnostic. (Eligible for alumni preferred rates when transitioning to the full review within 12 months).
4. Comprehensive Initial Review (Donor Trust Shield)
Scope: Full 360° qualitative surface evaluation across all 100 points of the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI). Evaluates public communications, institutional storytelling, and field-level representation.
Deliverable: Comprehensive internal risk report, gap analysis, and the formal issuance of the Document of Alignment & Seal of Integrity.
Timeline: Delivered within 14 business days (90-day comprehensive evaluation window).
Engagement: Full surface evaluation.
II. CONTINUOUS MONITORING & RETESTING
Maintaining verified alignment and demonstrating multi-year consistency to donors.
1. Annual Alignment Re-Verification
Scope: 30-day follow-up review available exclusively to past evaluation participants. Analyses multi-year consistency and verifies corrective milestones.
Deliverable: Updated board briefing and renewal of the Document of Alignment & Seal of Integrity.
Engagement: Annual alignment check.
2. Continuous SAI Oversight
Scope: 12-month ongoing institutional monitoring with quarterly pulse-checks of newly deployed assets, combined with a comprehensive 360° review in the first 90 days.
Deliverable: Continuous validation of narrative consistency and formal annual renewal of the Seal of Integrity.
Engagement: 12-month institutional oversight.
3. Donor Perspective Briefing (DPB)
Scope: Exclusive executive workshop for organizations that did not meet the baseline alignment threshold. A senior advisor delivers an interactive session detailing how major donors evaluate narrative integrity and mapping immediate tactical fixes.
Engagement: In-house executive workshop.
III. STRATEGIC REALIGNMENT & MANDATES
Hands-on guidance and systemic structural alignment for institutions facing public scrutiny or deep operational gaps.
1. Reputational Recovery Retainer
Scope: High-intensity strategic intervention. Includes multiple high-intensity strategic sessions per month, priority access to live Narrative Alignment Scans, and an included Internal Alignment Diagnostic (IAD).
Duration: Minimum 6-month engagement.
Governance Rule: Clients completing a Reputational Recovery Retainer undergo a mandatory 12-month Cooling-Off Period before becoming eligible for independent verification checks.
2. Customised Institutional Mandate
Scope: Tailored framework partnership embedding ethical governance, stakeholder integration, and narrative sovereignty directly into institutional structures. Includes global stakeholder mapping and field communication alignment.
Duration: Minimum 6-month engagement.

1. Partner Alignment Assessment (PAA)
Scope: Rapid external review of potential NGO grant recipients before funding is finalised.
